Rollers 

To ensure the best performance of the undercarriage components, the top and bottom rollers must allow the chain to run optimally in all conditions.

Perfect movement is achieved with materials, treatments and mechanical processes applied following highly stringent rules and standards.

We have adopted the same strict criteria for rollers for all kinds of applications and environments, introducing new seal groups to the range, specially designed to be more resistant to wear.

Track Chain/Links

Our chains are hardened for long life and excellent seal-ability. They (for all Crawlers & Excavators) are forged with medium carbon steel that allows deeper heat- treating. This is important because it helps keep the pins and bushings from loosening even in severe applications.

Track Shoes 

We provide Track Shoes that are tough as nails because they’re made of through hardened boron steel. Standard single grouser moderate service shoes provide good penetration and traction.

Extreme service single grouser shoes provide up to 50% longer wear life in high impact and abrasive conditions.

Double grouser shoes offer less turning resistance for greater maneuverability.

Triple grouser shoes offer the lowest penetration and turning resistance, and the best maneuverability.

Rollers 

Track Rollers are forged from a boron steel alloy and then through hardened to a good core hardness. This prevents the bushings from loosening. The roller outside diameter is also deep heat treated through wear limit for maximum wear life.

Benefits:

Tractor-style; rollers have an upset centre shaft to absorb heavy thrust loading and offer at least 30% more wear life than excavator-style rollers.

 Best for machines that spend a lot of time traveling at high speeds.
Excavator-style; rollers are better in high-impact conditions because of its heavy-duty, large diameter shaft.

Sprockets/Segments 

These components, made out of cast steel with reinforced geometry at stressed sections, undergo accurate machining and induction hardening process specifically tailored to the different sizes.

This allows perfect inter changeability and superior wear resistance. In both cases, the teeth are subject to an induction hardening process which gives them a surface hardness of Rockwell C 54, with a case depth of 4 to 8 mm depending on size, at Rockwell C 40.
